Are your products authentic?
Yes, we only handle 100% authentic products sourced from authorized domestic distributors and brand headquarters.
What is the product's expiration date?
All products have a manufacturing date or expiration date, and only products with at least six months remaining are shipped.
Can I use it on sensitive skin?
The product details page indicates whether it's recommended for your skin type. If you have sensitive skin, please check the ingredient list or contact customer service.
When will out-of-stock items be restocked?
Restock dates vary for each product, so if you use the [Request Restock Notification] feature, you'll be notified by email when the item is back in stock.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Within France, it mostly takes 2-4 business days, and international delivery times vary depending on the delivery destination, the postal service, the destination country's postal service, and customs clearance procedures.
Is international shipping available?
Yes, international shipping is available to some countries. You can check available countries and rates during checkout.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on orders over €55.00 within France. For orders under €55.00, a standard shipping fee of €6.99 applies. The international standard shipping fee is €21.99 for orders under €55.00. We offer €16.49 (25% off) for orders over €55.00 for international shipping.
Do you offer combined shipping?
Even if you order items with the same ID, if you don't check out at the same time, your orders won't be automatically combined. Please contact customer service before ordering.

Can I order without registering for a membership?
No, you must be a member to order. Order tracking and rewards benefits are available only to members.
Where can I check my order history?
You can check your order history by logging in and going to My Page > Order History.
Can I change or cancel my order?
This is only possible before the shipping preparation stage. Please request this through My Page or Customer Service.
I received a payment error when ordering.
If an error occurs, please check the status of your payment method or contact customer service for assistance.
Can I get a tax invoice or a receipt?
Yes, you can request one upon payment or through customer service.
Return & Refund
How do I return an item?
Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will guide you through the return process. However, used items cannot be returned.
Can I get a refund for a simple change of mind?
Yes, only unused items are eligible. The customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
What if there's a problem with the product?
If a product is defective or an incorrect item was delivered, please contact our customer support team with a photo of the item. We will resolve the issue immediately.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
After confirming your return, your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days, depending on your payment method. However, the time it takes for the refund to be deposited may be delayed depending on your financial institution or credit card company.
